  3. Risk Assessments: Full risk assessments are conducted for any venues without existing assessments to prioritise safety.

  4. Participant Welfare: We create a safe, inclusive environment, promoting respect and well-being for all participants.

  5. Clear Communication: Any safeguarding concerns raised during workshops will be shared with the appropriate safeguarding lead.

  6. Data Privacy and Security: Handle participant information securely, respecting confidentiality and GDPR regulations.

  7. Responsible Supervision: Ensure that appropriate staff-to-participant ratios are maintained during workshops for effective supervision. Involving staff from from the organisations we work with to support with Safeguarding and ratio’s.
